Jeff began his sales career in medical and surgical supplies. By gaining experience and having the opportunity to perfect his sales skills and learn to negotiate multi-million dollar contracts he developed confidence and comfort for negotiating all types of deals. Therefore he is skilled at negotiating property contracts regardless of the price and terms, and the competitive nature he utilized for medical sales also applies to his real estate career and helps him strive and rise above his competition.

He had always had an interest in real estate—buying, renovating, and reselling. In 2002 he made the decision to pursue this interest, obtained his license and went to work.  His only regret is wishing he had made the move sooner. In his first year he sold over $7 million in sales, and earned Rookie of the Year.

Jeff is very committed to client satisfaction, and often personally rises above what is expected by his clients. “I try to do whatever it takes to make the experience a positive one.”  Bart and Peggy Pattiz benefited from Jeff’s commitment to his clients, “Our transfer was unexpected. Jeff is also a Father of 3 wonderful children; Daughters Lauren and Macey and son Chase. When he is not working he loves to spend time with his kids, coaching, boating, volunteering and golfing.
