We implement a Hassle Free Listing Program, which allows our clients to cancel their listing contract at any time if they are dissatisfied with the services they receive. We have never had this happen, but we want to help our clients to feel more comfortable by letting them know if it does not work out—they can cancel hassle-free.

We also work hard to find properties for our clients, including properties that have not yet been listed. We don’t want to have to wait for a “for sale” sign to be up in the yard

or for a property to go up on a Web site or MLS. We work proactively to

 find the right property for our client even if is not listed.

Finally, besides helping our clients, we want to reach out and help the communities we work in. Whether it is simply networking in our local areas, or volunteering with organizations such as the Make-a-Wish foundation and Kids-in-the-Middle, as a group we value being actively involved in the community, and meeting people face-to-face.
